Returns & Warranty
We accept the return of items within 60 days of the invoice date.
All items must be in brand new condition, with undamaged packaging.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well any freight component to the order (please note our freight rates on the website are subsidised, so the freight cost may be higher than what is advertised. E.G. a $9.95 shipping charge on the website may cost us $27, so $17.05 would be deducted from the refund amount.)
If paying by Afterpay, ZipPay or ZipMoney, there is a 5.5% fee which we are charged when refunding. Orders paid using these methods that are returned or cancelled can be credited to your APC4WD account as store credit, or refunded to your Afterpay/Zip account less the 5.5% fee.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept the return of pre-assembled struts, items that are colourcoded when ordered, Kut Snake Flares or specially procured items.
All returns are subject to inspection by our returns team, and if the return is rejected (item fitted, item not purchased from us etc...) it is the customer's responsibility to organise freight to return the item. Please note if an item is rejected and not picked up within 7 days the item will be disposed of.
If an item is incorrectly sent to you (E.G. Prado kit for a Hilux) we will pay for return postage, as well as supply the correct item ASAP. There is no restocking fee attached to this.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
