The information in this site has been prepared in accordance with Australian law for the provision of goods and services in Australia. All information concerning Auto Parts Co, Auto Parts Co products and services, and other information is correct at the time of posting to the Auto Parts Co website, but is subject to change without notice. Auto Parts Co reserves the right at its sole discretion to change, modify, add or remove such information at any time.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Payment Policy

This website is operated by Auto Parts Co trading as Auto Parts Co.

All prices are in Australian dollars, and the Auto Parts Co website will only accept payment in Australian dollars.

Goods purchased on the Auto Parts Co internet site will only be sent to the purchaser’s shipping address once payment has been received. Auto Parts Co may hold your order until your name and address details have been verified. Verification processes may include a search on the Sensis White Pages website, or through a phone call. If verification of name and address cannot be done to Auto Parts Co's satisfaction, Auto Parts Co will not release the goods and will instead issue a refund.

In the event of the purchase of goods as a gift, Auto Parts Co will need verification of the recipient’s name and address as supplied on the order. The process as detailed above will apply to such purchases.

The Merchant name Auto Parts Co will appear on your credit card statement.

 

 

Pricing of Products/Services

Auto Parts Co reserves the right to change the prices of products or services, subject to change without notification.

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of  1st July 2014.  Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price. 

 

Quotes & Orders

Any quotation made by Auto Parts Co will not be construed or operate as an offer or obligation to sell. Auto Parts Co reserves the right to accept or reject at its absolute discretion any order received. Once a contract is formed. the buyer will not be entitles to cancel or refuse delivery of, or payment of, any contract made by it which has been accepted by Auto Parts Co. 

Warranty

All of our products are backed by the warranty offered by their manufacturer. Warranty is provided as a back to base service and does not cover costs incurred in forwarding or returning goods. Auto Parts Co shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the client in order to remedy any defective products.  

Price

The price payable to Auto Parts Co by the Buyer for the Goods will be the price agreed. Prices are payable in Australian currency and exclusive of delivery costs.

Images

Product images shown on our website are generic and are used to illustrate the brand & components. Some components may differ in design or appearance on your vehicle (including but not limited to brackets, coil springs, leaf springs, shock absorbers, U bolts, shackles, hoses and fittings). For all kits, we will supply the correct components to suit the vehicle listed in the listing.

Credit card is the quickest method of payment, and is available over the phone. 

 

Please note no goods will be dispatched until full payment is received as cleared funds.

Authority To Leave

By selecting 'Signature not required on delivery' or 'Authority to leave the parcel if receiver not available' at the checkout, you indemnify both Auto Parts Co PTY LTD and its delivery company for any loss or damage claim. When selecting a safe spot for the goods to be left please consider the weather and passers-by. 

 

Re-Shipping Policy

Any order re-shipped due to being refused or undeliverable the first time will have the original freight charge added to the amount due for re-delivery to cover the costs of re-delivering. We will not be held responsible for paying for your package to get re-delivered.

Please ensure when you order a product that you are home to collect it or alternatively arrange to have it delivered to somewhere you know will be able to accept it.

 

Returns Terms & Conditions

We accept returns for up to 30 days from dispatch date, providing it is unopened and in original condition (including packaging). For these purchases, you can return your order for an APC4WD store credit that can be applied to future orders. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We are unable to accept the return of items that are colour-coded or modified when ordered,  Kut Snake Flares or specially procured items.

All returns containing pre-assembled struts optioned on them will incur a further $100 handling fee in addition to the 20% restocking fee to cover the labour costs charged to APC4WD during assembly.

You can return your order for a refund if the item is faulty or not fit for the intended purpose. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of an item's return unless there was an error on our behalf. 

APC4WD must be contacted before returning goods via our contact us page. We can only offer a store credit once the items have been returned and are checked over by our team. This is usually completed within 5 business days of being received at APC4WD.

Please note: We cannot issue credits or refunds unless you have first spoken to an APC4WD representative, as we need to issue you with a returns number (RMA) and address before you send us back any items. Without these, we will be unable to process your return and refund the cost of your item(s). Any items returned without an RMA number will be disposed of.


Cancel Orders Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order prior to the item being shipped, please contact us via the contact page with your invoice number, and stating you wish to cancel your order. 

All cancelled orders, excluding the below-mentioned suspension kits are subject to a $20 administration fee. This will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

If an order containing pre-assembled struts is cancelled after the order has been picked and assembled, this order instead will incur a $100 handling fee in addition to a 20% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the labour costs and extensive pick/pack process charged to APC4WD during picking, inbound freight and assembly.

For orders cancelled prior to packing & shipping, we can offer the following options,

Please Note: Once an order is packed and has a consignment number created at our end, We are unable to cancel the order and it will need to be returned to us via the above method.

 

Damaged Or Missing Items


If you have received a visibly damaged shipment, please ensure you refuse the delivery as we are unable to assist with visibly damaged orders that have been signed for (as when signing for delivery, the courier notes that the shipment has been received in good working order).

If you have received a shipment that is visibly OK, but have opened it and found it is damaged or is missing products, please contact us immediately (in under 7 days) via our contact us page with your invoice number, photos, and what the problem is. 

 

Force Majeure

Despite any other term or condition of the Contract, Auto Parts Co will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense or injury of any kind or nature suffered or incurred by the Buyer or any other person, arising out of or in connection with any delay in delivery, or failure to perform any other term or condition of the Contract where that delay or failure is caused by an act of God, fire, factory dispute, civil commotion, intervention of a government, inability to obtain lab, materials or manufacturing facilities, accidents, interruptions of or delay in transportation or any other cause beyond Auto Parts Co’s reasonable control

Errors or Omissions

Auto Parts Co has the right to correct any clerical errors or omissions, whether in computation or otherwise in any quotation, acknowledgement or document forming part of a Contract.

Dispatched Goods Incorrect or Not Received

In the event that you do not receive dispatched products and we are unable to assist you to locate them in transit and we will require you to provide us with a Statutory Declaration witnessed by an eligible person and setting out that you have not received your product before we will consider replacing a product lost in transit. We have the sole discretion to refuse to replace a product lost in transit.
