VOD: VOLUME OPTIMISED DAMPENING

Sharper feedback. Stability and control at every speed.

• A digressive linear valve restricts oil flow as the piston moves through compression and rebound. That restriction creates the damping effect.
• VOD ramps up faster than conventional damping, building damping volume earlier at low speed.
• Less shock bottoming at full compression when the pace lifts or the terrain turns uneven.
• Conventional velocity sensitive shocks react too quickly at low shaft speeds. The result is excessive head toss over rough ground and even over driveways.Those shocks then firm up as shaft speed rises and the ride turns jarring. VOD holds stability and control across every driving condition.

ZRT: ZONE RATE TUNING

Three performance zones. One spring curve that covers more ground.

• Reworks factory linear rate spring tuning into three distinct performance zones, producing a more exaggerated spring curve for a wider range of driving conditions.
• Extension Zone: an internal negative rate spring offsets factory spring preload. Removes top out clunk and shock stress at full extension, softens tyre landing and cuts body roll on impact under aggressive driving.
• Drive Zone: factory spring rate left untouched, so ride comfort and control stay as intended.
• Compression Zone: the included progressive microcellular foam bump stop retunes the spring rate to reduce bottoming and body roll under aggressive driving.

• The Falcon 3.3 Series lets you dial the dampening from Sport through to Tow/Haul in second, so the ride always matches the job at hand

3.3 FAST ADJUST 10 POSITION DIAL

• The Falcon 3.3 Fast Adjust Series does more than switch between Sport and Tow/Haul, letting you tune the dampening in steps between, so you can dial in for the exact condition in front of you.

LIGHT-WEIGHT MONOTUBE DESIGN

• Every Falcon shock uses a light-weight 6061-T6 aluminium alloy monotube body that sheds heat fast and holds its dampening when the work gets hard.
