King Springs Rear Airbag-Coil Conversion Spring Pair - Prado Grande 120

TOYOTA PRADO “AIRBAG TO COIL” CONVERSION

Please be advised of the fitting procedure:

1. Turn vehicles ignition switch to the “off” position and remains off

2. Open bonnet

3. In fuse box remove the 50A AIRSUS fuse and the 10A AIRSUS NO.2 fuse.

4. Refit fuse box cover and close bonnet

5. Go to passenger side lower dash board trim, under dash.

6. Remove the only Phillips Head screw

7. Once removed, push trim in a rearward direction to lower the trim.

8. Once lowered, disconnect the wiring harness clip from the trim on the left hand side. This allows ease of access to the kick panel.

9. Remove the front passenger side door scuff plate and the passenger side kick panel.

10. Locate the Air Suspension Control Unit (Silver unit). This unit has three white electrical connectors. Disconnect the most rearward connector.

11. Refit the removed trim.

12. Turn ignition to the “on” position and confirm that the height control illumination in no longer shown.

13. Start engine. Make sure compressor for Air Suspension does not turn on.
