HPD Intercooler Kit - Nissan Patrol GU ZD30 Direct Injection

HPD’s 4WD Nissan Patrol GU ZD30DI intercooler kits have been designed as the factory intercoolers are prone to leaking from where the end tanks are pressed together to the core with a rubber O-ring between, hence the reason why they do and are very likely to leak and cause engine running issues. HPD have designed a direct replacement larger and more efficient intercooler kit with a 9” thermo fan bolted underneath to keep cool at low driving speeds.

The factory ZD30 intercooler core size is 170x250x60mm, giving a surface area of 425cm__, and a volume of 2550cc.
Our intercooler measures 300x280x76mm, giving an improved surface area of 840cm_, and a larger volume of 6384cc.
That's almost double the surface area cooling, and 2.5 times the charge air cooling volume!

HPD’s intercooler kit improves torque and power just on its own but really show’s it potential in keeping cooler intake temps and egt’s when engine tuning modifications come into play. These top mount intercoolers are great right up to 130kw’s at the wheels.
