Plazmaman Intercooler Upgrade - 4JJ3 3.0L Isuzu D-Max, MU-X & Mazda BT-50

Plazmaman bolt on replacement Performance Intercooler Upgrade.

 

The OEM Dmax, MU-X, BT-50 Intercooler is a Tiny 665x180x62mm unit with Plastic tank that is Prone to failure under rugged conditions and additional boost.

At Plazmaman we realised that a larger surface area core was required and also added thickness to cater for all performance based conditions, including towing and 4wding.

Featuring a premium quality HIGH FLOW 680x260x76mm Lightweight tube and fin Intercooler core that is designed specifically for the high demands of the diesel engine. Increased Internal core fin structure and added core thickness has effectively increased surface area by up to 50% over the standard factory item.

This allows for larger boost increases and much better controlled EGTs, especially when towing large trailers.

The intercooler itself is a direct no-fuss bolt in item and is compatible with all after market Bull bars and winches.

1x 680x260x76mm tube and fin Quality Plazmaman Intercooler that connects up directly to the Factory Hoses

 

Optional Extras: 

Option up to the Upgraded Plazmaman Hose Kit to save a failure poin with the factory hoses down the road.
