HPD’s Series 2 Mitsubishi Pajero Front Mount Intercooler kit has all the specifications to increase torque and fuel economy and has been designed so that minimal modification is required to the existing components.

 

Factory intercoolers for Pajeros often suffer from heat soak, so the HPD front mount is a winner straight off the bat, allowing the intercooler to be out front in cool, fresh air. Fitment of the kit will deliver reduced inlet temperatures and engine running temperatures, higher torque output, greater reliability and more consistent and sustainable power. With a significantly larger core size than the standard factory intercooler, you can expect to see substantial differences depending on other modifications made.

 

The Series 2 Mitsubishi Pajero Intercooler kit is designed for all the guys that want to make big horse power and at the same time those looking for increased reliability, when towing or touring. The kit has been designed to allow a winch to be easily fitted whilst still using the huge SERIES 2 core. HPD has moved the intercooler up higher than the previous first generation kits and changed the piping to run through the radiator support panel. This has allowed the piping to be shortened and reduce the amount of silicone joins as well as further enhancing response.
